How safe is MSM?
Extremely safe. Experience over the years have shown the same effect as vitamin C. Temporary headaches can occur if one starts with a very high dosage.
Should I take MSM on an empty stomach or with foods?
Taking it during or after meals minimizes the chance of developing the possibility of minor gastrointestinal upset. Don‘t take close to bedtime. It has a tendency to increase your energy levels.
