1. Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of South Africa, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Nativa (PTY) Ltd, their immediate families, and those living in the same household are not eligible.

2. Contest Period:

Entries accepted from 1 July 2026 to 31st of August 2026. All entries must be submitted by 23:59 on 31st of August 2026

3. Entry Method:

Submit a video via WhatsApp to the number provided on the competition collateral. Videos must meet the submission criteria outlined on our contest page. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified.

4. Prizes:

Ten winners will each receive a year’s supply of Osteoeze products which is the equivalent of 12 Osteoeze products of their choice. No cash or other substitutions are allowed. The prize is nontransferable.

No alteration will be entered into.

5. Rights Granted by You:

By entering this contest, you allow Nativa (PTY) Ltd, without additional compensation, to use your video, name, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, unless prohibited by law.

6. Personal Information:

By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and retention of your personal information for purposes of this contest. You have the right to withdraw your consent and request deletion of your information.

7. Limitation of Liability:

By entering, you hold Nativa (PTY) Ltd harmless from any claims arising from the contest. This does not include liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence as prohibited by law.

8. Jurisdiction:

The contest is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

9. General Conditions:

Nativa (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Nativa (PTY) Ltd control.
